accumulate less fat!

I noticed when I use L-Carnitine, I accumulate less fat when my diet is less than 100%. I cycle carnitine 8 weeks on and 8 weeks off and I really see a massive difference when I'm not on it compared to when I am on it! That's a win for me since I really don't feel like being 100% on sometimes so knowing this product mitigates a bit of the diet mishaps I go through. I will obviously be buying it again and I'd also suggest using it for anyone who's kind of in the same spot!

Great for shredding and recovery

This product was introduced to me by a friend about a month ago and I am happy to report I've lost about 5 LBs in 3 weeks by using this product. The other awesome thing I noticed after taking this product is that my recovery is through the roof. I really wasn't expecting it but I'm hardly ever sore anymore and I use to get sore a lot. Carnitine has so many good health benifits and I think anyone that needs a little help getting a few pounds off should give this product a try! I like to use 3 capsules right before my workout and another 3 right after. I find that is the magic dose where everything starts to work quick. Its non-stim which is a great thing for me since I struggle with anxiety. Give it a try and thank me later!

Fat loss is the game

I control all variables very well so when i add something new to my protocol, I know rather quickly if its working. This stuff works. Try to get in 3000-4000 Mgs per day. Thats the sweet spot for me.
