Ive been using this protein for years now. Cookies and cream is by far my favorite flavor. This protein feels extremely clean and doesn't give me any digestive issues.

The taste of your protein can really make the difference between sticking to your supps consistently and not. These guys made such a good quality tasting powder. I mix 1.5 scoops post workout and 1 scoop before bed. Wake up feeling full and refreshed! My recovery is going better than ever. I'm also using Allmax's Creatine which I also feel has helped me fill out. I'm getting in shape quicker than ever and I see a huge difference in my body ever since I stepped up my protein intake!
