My joints haven't felt this healthy in awhile and not to mention my nails and hair are growing much better and look nicer.

Collagen for joint health!

My shoulders were really starting to hurt to the point that i had to completely change up my training style. Needless to say, I really didn't want to do that. So I looked into what could help and although it takes a few weeks to feel the difference, collagen is really where your joints will come back in full force! Im happy to report that after 1 month of using this exact product, my shoulder pain is wayyyyy down which is really welcomed!

Collagen helps tremendously with tendonitis

I had tendonitis in my left bicep for months and read up on ways I could get the inflammation down but in doing so, I stumbled upon collagen and I'm glad I did because fast forward to today and my tendonitis is a distant memory. No more pain or inflammation. I like using 1.5 scoops about an hour pre-workout. All the studies I've read detailing the best times to take collagen all said the same thing...pre-workout since blood flow is what allows for it to work its magic. I even advised my mom to take it since she had knee pain. It worked for her as well so we're both extremely pleased with the results!

Collagen has really helped my skin to a level I didn't think was possible

Nice hair, great nails
