Omega 3's are my favorite supplements! love the way they make me feel especially regarding my cardiovascular system and joints!!

This product does wonders for me since I don't eat much fish and nuts in my diet. I feel a lot healthier in terms of my cardiovascular system. I also no longer have pain in my joints, which is big relief for me. Workouts are becoming a lot better and so is my everyday life.

HDL up and LDL down. that was my goal and I attained it mostly from following my doctors orders to use omegas every day. My joints feel better than ever which is a great and welcomed side effect that I wasn't expecting. Another thing I noticed early on was my mood went from normal to feeling great more often. Again, wasn't expecting it but hey, I'll take it! These omegas are the reason I am healthier today!

I often feel a little bleak and sometimes you need a little help. Omegas have a proven track record when it comes to mood enhancement. I can honestly say that since I've started taking my omegas regularly, I've been way more tolerable and patient. I also feel a lot less anxious. I take 6 caps per day. 3 upon waking and 3 at noon after my lunch. I will keep taking these for as long as I can!

I've noticed that as I get older, my memory hasn't been the same. I was referred from a friend to try this product because she was going through a similar issue and it helped her so I said why not, lets try it. 6 weeks in and I feel like my memory is at least 50% better. I will keep using this product for sure. It helps tremendously and I'd have it no other way!
